Order Monday to Friday by 5pm for same day ground shipments; and by 3:00pm for Liftgate delivery shipments
To offer the best possible rates, all shipping charges are calculated based on; dimensions, weight, freight class and destination zip code. Our on-line freight calculator ensures that you get the lowest rates available whether shipping to residential, commercial or limited access premises.
FedEx ground shipping to the 48 contiguous states can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days, depending on the destination (see below map for details). All delivery times are estimates. Standard services apply only to the 48 continental states; for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or areas outside the US, please call for details.

A small number of items are marked with Ship Direct logo; these will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and delivery times may vary, please ask one of our Customer Service Representatives for details.
Bulky or heavy products are marked with a Liftgate delivery logo; these may require an extended delivery time, depending on the distance being shipped. A truck equipped with a lift gate will lower the goods from the truck to the curbside. Please ensure that you have made arrangements to have your shipment taken inside. Re-delivery of merchandise is subject to a surcharge.
Returns
For liftgate delivery items or large / heavy items that come direct from our vendors, a re-stocking fee may apply due the high cost of shipping and handling.
